At the same time, with the development of various humanitarian areas, there is a tendency of analysis, research and synthesis tools formalization.
In the modern control theory there are a number of approaches which allow formalize the procedure of operating influences development in the conditions of complete or partial absence of a model object. For example, adaptive, robust, fuzzy, neural networks and a number of other approaches can be allocated.
In this monograph an approach which allows form effective control actions in conditions of unknown structure and parameters of the control object is developed. At the same time control synthesis is possible as in conditions of partial uncertainty, as in the cases with dynamic controller, and in the case where the object equations are not used in making control algorithm.
The possibility of constructing optimal controls in the conditions of uncertainty indicates a high coarseness of the proposed approaches, because it’s known the high dependence of optimal control from a mathematical model of the object and its initial conditions.
Moreover, by expanding the space of the system state, it’s possible to transform any criterion to optimal performance criterion, which indicates the high flexibility of algorithms presented in the third chapter of this monograph.
